Welcome Parents and Guardians of River Valley Middle School Students! We're excited to be preparing lunches this year!
Here are a few FAQ's that will help through the process: - You'll need to register as a parent/guardian at rivervalley.hotlunches.net and then add your student(s) to your file. Bri needs to verify each student as they get registered. If you can't order right away, please just give it 20 minutes or so until she gets them verified.
- If you would like to apply for the subsidy, do not place any orders. Please email Bri with the School Name and the names of the parent/guardian and student(s) BEFORE placing any orders. She will adjust your account and then you'll be able to place your order(s).
- Credit Cards and some VisaDebit and Debit MasterCards are accepted methods of payment. We cannot accept Cash Payments or Cheques. The Banks that Issue the Cards can sometimes restrict certain websites. Unfortunately, this is ultimately the decision of your bank. If your card is not processing, please contact your bank to see if they are able to change this for you. If they are not, please contact Bri with the School Name and the names of the parent/guardian and student(s).

Please contact Bri before you place your orders. We are not a Gluten Free, Dairy Free, or Nut Free Facility. While we take the necessary precautions to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe for consumers with severe or life-threatening allergies.
